  • VPS, Dedicated Servers, & Cloud Services:
    Refunds for these services are subject to our service usage and setup fees. In most cases, we offer refunds for issues related to service quality or billing errors. However, once service provisioning and setup are completed, refunds may not be available.

  • Domain Registrations & Setup Fees:
    Fees related to domain registration, SSL certificates, and one-time setup or installation charges are non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:
