1 .Scope of Application

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and prepaid agreements concluded on the 2xhost website.

2. Any additional written agreements will take precedence where explicitly agreed between the parties.

2 .Registration and Account

1. To access our services, you must complete a registration process. By registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration requires a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. For certain products, additional personal details (such as physical address or phone number) may be required.

3. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.

3 Our Services

1. Service Provision:
   2xhost offers hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud solutions. We provide the necessary system resources on either virtual or dedicated servers as per your order.

2. Data Transmission:
   Our services involve transmitting data between your website and our server infrastructure. While we strive for optimal performance, we cannot guarantee flawless data transmission across all networks.

3. Service Levels:
   We aim to maintain an annual average uptime of 99.5%. Periods of downtime due to factors beyond our control (such as force majeure events, network interruptions, or third-party issues) are excluded.

4. Service Modifications:
   2xhost reserves the right to change, update, or replace a service with a similar alternative if necessary for technical or business reasons.

4 Contract Duration and Cancellation

1. Automatic Renewal:
   If you do not cancel your service at least one week before the end of the current term, your contract will be automatically extended for the same duration. For certain products (such as dedicated servers or licenses), a notice period of 28 days may apply.

2. Cancellation Process:
   Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, our support ticket system, or other means specified in your account dashboard.

3. Termination for Cause:
   Both parties retain the right to terminate the contract immediately in cases of breach or other significant issues.

5 Payment Terms and Pricing

1. Payment Due:
   Payment is required at the time of order via the available payment methods. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in service suspension, while delays beyond 21 days may lead to permanent deletion of your data and services.

2. Pricing:
   All prices are as quoted at the time of order and include applicable taxes. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

3. Payment Adjustments:
   Partial refunds may be issued on a prorated basis if a service is cancelled mid-term. Certain fees, such as setup charges or domain registration fees, may be non-refundable.

6 Right of Revocation (for Consumers)

1. Revocation Period:
   Consumers have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days from the contract conclusion without giving any reason.

2. How to Revoke:
   To exercise your right of revocation, please notify us via email at [email protected] or by postal mail to our official address.

3. Refund Process:
   If you revoke the contract, 2xhost will refund all payments (including standard delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days, using the same payment method originally used. If you requested early service activation, you will be billed for the portion of the service already provided.

Note: The right of revocation ceases once the service is fully delivered with your explicit consent to start the service during the revocation period.

7 Customer Obligations

1. Confidentiality:
   All login credentials and sensitive information provided by 2xhost must be kept confidential. Sharing these details may result in liability for any misuse.

2. Usage Restrictions:
   You agree not to host or transmit any illegal, harmful, or infringing content on your server. This includes content that is extremist, defamatory, or that could facilitate criminal activities.

3. Data Security:
   While we provide backup services as a courtesy, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own data.

4. Prohibited Software:
   Software or modifications that generate excessive loads on the server hardware are strictly prohibited. Misuse may result in service suspension or termination.

8 Liability and Limitation of Liability

1. General Liability:
   2xhost is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to predictable and typical contract damages.

2. Force Majeure:
   We are not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable incidents.

3. Data Loss:
   You are responsible for securing your data. 2xhost will not be held liable for any data loss resulting from such events.

9 Domains

1. Domain registrations are valid for a fixed period (typically one year).

2. 2xhost reserves the right to delete inactive domains.

3. The right of revocation does not apply to domain registrations.

10 Lifetime Products

1. Definition:
   Products marketed as “lifetime” are available for a one-time fee and allow you access to the service for as long as it remains active.

2. Inactivity Clause:
   A lifetime product may become inactive if it is not accessed via the customer portal for 3 consecutive months. After an additional 4-week grace period without reactivation, the service may be permanently terminated without a refund.

3. Payment Methods:
   Lifetime products must be purchased using standard payment methods and cannot be bought using any site-specific credits or vouchers.

11 Final Provisions

1. Governing Law:
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where 2xhost is headquartered.

2. Severability:
